Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
If your cookies arrive damaged or you receive the wrong order, please email us at max@maxdoutcookies.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
